Hillary Siegall

Hillary Siegall, PE, is an Associate Project Manager specializing in the wireless industry at Dewberry since July 2021. With a background in site and civil design, Hillary has amassed a wide range of experience throughout a career that began at Dewberry in various engineering roles, including Staff Engineer and Graduate Engineer, where responsibilities included designing sites for electrical substations and preparing zoning applications. Earlier internships at Dewberry, MBP, Stantec, and work at Giant Food and Potomac Pizza provided foundational knowledge in site development, project approval processes, construction practices, and transportation analysis. Hillary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned in 2015.
