Ken Spahn

Ken Spahn currently serves as Regional Director for Ports and Intermodal at Dewberry, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include providing technical support and managing multidiscipline teams on projects across several Northeastern states. Previously, Ken Spahn worked at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for three decades, culminating in the role of Assistant Director for Port Capital Programs and Redevelopment, overseeing a $1.7 billion capital plan and a $17 million annual operating budget. Throughout the career, Ken Spahn held various managerial positions in port projects, finance, and operations, and possesses a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from SUNY Maritime College.
