Mike Mathews

Mike Mathews has over 12 years of experience in environmental regulation and permitting, currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Dewberry since June 2017. Prior to this role, Mike worked as an Environmental Consultant at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from May 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included addressing industry non-compliance and fostering compliance assistance relationships. Additionally, Mike held the position of Environmental Manager at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from December 2005 to March 2015, overseeing Environmental Resource Programs and compliance assistance efforts. Mike's extensive background also includes positions as Environmental Supervisor I & II and Environmental Specialist. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Florida International University and studies at Georgia State University.
