Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate project management and land acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dewberry since May 2019, Patrick specializes in Central Florida Expressway projects and manages multiple acquisition projects for the Central Florida Expressway Authority. Previous roles include Right of Way Agent at Bowman Consulting, focused on land acquisition for the expansion of I-66, and Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell, where Patrick oversaw daily operations, managed contracts, and conducted negotiations. Additional experience includes supervising negotiation agents at Kenny Construction Company and Universal Field Services. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayland Baptist University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
