Peter Armans, PE, is an experienced project manager with a background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Dewberry since July 2019, Peter previously held positions as Project Manager II for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, from June 2017 to June 2019, and as Engineering Associate/Project Manager for the City of Fairview, Oregon, from October 2014 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Engineer II at Brown and Caldwell from June 2010 to October 2014 and a Civil Engineering Tech position at Clark County WA for a brief period in 2008. Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and attended Mt. Hood Community College and Collège De La Salle prior to that.
