Rey Malave is an Associate Vice President and Department Manager of Municipal Engineering at Dewberry, a position held since 1979. From 1979 to 2013, Rey served as the owner of Bowyer Singleton. Rey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, completing the degree in 1978.
