Sandra Blick

Sandra Blick, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer at Dewberry, where they serve as a subject matter expert for NJDOT on floodplain issues, drainage, and stormwater management. With over 30 years of experience, Sandra has developed policies, written regulations, and created technical manuals while also training engineers and engaging as a public speaker. Their previous roles include Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at various NJDEP programs, where they focused on surface water permitting, land use regulation, and watershed management. Sandra earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1989.
