Todd Brooks has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems. Since November 2017, Todd has held the position of Traffic Group Manager and Senior Associate at Dewberry. Prior to this role, Todd served as a Senior Project Manager and Technical Manager for the East Region at Atkins from June 1986 to November 2017. Todd obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, completing the degree in 1986.
