Amy Lowe

Amy Lowe is an experienced recruiting manager specializing in accounting operations, currently serving at the DeWinter Group since July 2021, where previous roles included senior recruiter and talent sourcer. With a strong background in leadership and program management, Amy has successfully managed Family Community Church’s young adults ministry, Encounter, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, and volunteer coordination from 2017 to 2023. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Cochrane Animal Hospital and Nirvana - An Aveda Concept Salon, along with community engagement and project management internships earlier in their career. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Studies from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies, graduating summa cum laude from San Jose State University.
