Eli Van Camp

Eli Van Camp is a Litigation Partner at DeWitt LLP, where innovative manufacturers, retailers, and brand owners rely on their expertise to protect valuable intellectual property and navigate high-stakes litigation. Currently an Adjunct Professor of Negotiations at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Eli focuses on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes while also handling complex commercial litigation. With extensive trial experience across federal courts nationwide, Eli has a proven track record in leading significant cases from initial complaint through jury verdict and appeal, demonstrating trial-tested advocacy and strategic insight throughout their career. Prior to joining DeWitt LLP, Eli held various attorney positions, including roles at Harrang Long Gary Rudnick P.C. and Brisbee & Stockton, LLC, where they specialized in civil litigation and professional liability defense. Eli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Law from the University of Oregon School of Law.
