Chris Palmer is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Dewpoint since August 2018, Chris has honed expertise in providing IT services and consulting to clients across West Michigan. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Administrator at Vector Tech Group from December 2011 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed PC repair, hardware and software installation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN equipment. Earlier, Chris worked as IT Support at Shoppers' View, serving small local companies with similar IT support functions. Chris holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and Computer Networks and Systems from Ferris State University, earned between 2003 and 2009.
