Melissa Tucker is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Dewpoint since January 2015, Melissa provides project management services to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, directing project activities and ensuring alignment among team members and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Vertafore as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included client education and training. Earlier career positions include Senior Analyst roles at Robbins Gioia and Michigan Department of Transportation, and a Business Analyst role at the University of Michigan Health System, where system requirements were analyzed and healthcare scheduling systems were implemented. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Washtenaw Community College and a High School Diploma from Community High School.
