Lisa Nicholson

Lisa Nicholson has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently the Director of Human Resources at DEX Imaging since November 2020. Previously, they held various senior HR leadership roles at Jabil from 2004 to 2020, including Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Director of Human Resources. At Jabil, they were responsible for successful HR integration, employee engagement, performance management, and global HR operations. Before Jabil, they worked at L-3 Communications as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for implementing HR practices and processes. Prior to that, they worked at Jabil as a Global Operations Specialist, overseeing HR policies and programs for acquired sites. Lisa began their career at Kforce Inc. as a Marketing Consultant and Technical Recruiter. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Lisa Nicholson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Kansas in 1992. In terms of additional certifications, they became an ADKAR/Prosci® Change Practitioner in January 2018. In 2010, they obtained certifications as a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide and as a Lominger Interview Architect: Competency Based Selection from Loming/Korn Ferry. In 2007, they became a Development Dimensions International Certified Instructor from DDI International.
