Erika Larson

Head of Customer Operations at DexCare

Erika Larson has a strong background in product management and operations. Erika currently serves as the Head of Customer Operations at DexCare since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Providence Digital Innovation Group as a Product Operations Manager from 2019 to 2021, where they established and expanded the DexCare Virtual platform, managing its growth amidst the increased demand for virtual services during the COVID-19 pandemic. From 2013 to 2019, Erika held various roles at VitalWare, including Director of Product Management, where they led a team in executing product line changes and achieved significant sales profit increase. Erika also worked at nThrive as a Product Manager and Product Program Manager, successfully revamping a sidelined product and improving customer satisfaction.

Erika Larson attended Central Washington University from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Additionally, they also pursued another Bachelor of Science degree in Law at the same university.
