Randy Carlson

Randy Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to present. Randy is currently working at DexCare as the Chief of Staff, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DexCare as a Strategic Project Manager from November 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining DexCare, Randy worked as a Principal Consultant at Acumen Healthcare Consulting, LLC, starting in November 2018. In 2018, they also served as the Territory Manager (Interim) at BrenCo Equipment Supply & Technology, where they trained new sales staff and opened a new branch.

Randy has also established their own healthcare consulting company, Peak Advisors, LLC, where they served as the Founder/CEO from December 2008 to November 2012. Randy provided consulting services to various clients, including Centura Health, the Chartis Group, Stagelt, LLC, Open Garden & AiCure Technologies.

In addition to that, Randy has held positions at Battle Balls as the Founder/CEO (April 2014 to March 2018), Stryker as a Regional Account Executive (May 2016 to May 2017), Navigant Consulting as an Associate Director (November 2012 to May 2014), Centura Health as a Sr. Planning Analyst/Independent Contractor (November 2007 to December 2008), InnovaCare Health as a Business Analyst/Project Manager (December 2003 to August 2007), and Touchstone Health as a Business Analyst (2003).

Randy Carlson attended Highlands Ranch High School from 1991 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study during that time. Subsequently, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature.
