Roy Hensav

Roy Hensav is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with extensive experience in leading complex projects and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency in global environments. Currently, they serve as the Head of Engineering at Dexcel Pharma, where they lead strategic improvement initiatives and oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgeting. Previously, Roy held positions such as Operations Manager at Haogen and Vice President of Engineering at Biopharmax Group, demonstrating a strong background in team leadership and cross-organizational collaboration. Roy holds an MBA in Finance & Funding from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
