Gary Bergmann is an experienced Director, Development Manager, and Lean/Agile Coach with a strong background in facilitating communication and driving Agile transformations across various organizational levels. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Dexcent since 2025, they focus on delivering operational technology programs while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. Gary previously held leadership roles at Improving, AVEVA, Arterys, and Schneider Electric, where they successfully built high-performing teams and drove customer value in complex projects. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta.
