Alan Cortes

Alan Cortes, PMP, serves as a Senior Staff Program Manager in Logistics and Distribution at Dexcom since July 2022. Previously, Cortes held the role of Program Manager at Johnson Controls, managing project lifecycles and operational aspects while leading project reviews and preparing KPI dashboards. At Baker Hughes, Cortes overseen over 50 domestic and international projects valued at over $9M. Past positions also include Project Leader at GE Oil & Gas and National Accounts Manager at Bosque Systems, where significant achievements included solving operational issues for major oil and gas operators. Cortes began a military career as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing logistics personnel. Cortes holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
