Alexandra Bortnick

Alexandra Bortnick, PhD, PMP, is currently a Manager Regulatory Scientist at Dexcom, where the role follows previous positions as Staff Regulatory Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as Program and Alliance Manager for Academic Collaborations at Fate Therapeutics Inc and holding multiple roles at the University of California San Diego, including Program Manager and Data Analyst, as well as a Ruth L. Kirschstein Postdoctoral Fellow. Alexandra's postdoctoral work focused on the chromatin organization and epigenetic signatures of rare immune cells, with leadership in the Postdoctoral Association, creating impactful diversity programs. Educational background includes a PhD in Immunology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
