Balan Krishnan

Balan Krishnan currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region at Dexcom since August 2022, following a role as Director of Human Resources for Malaysia from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior positions include VP of Global Talent Management at Meiyume, where Balan developed global talent strategies, and a successful tenure at Intel Corporation that spanned over 20 years in various HR leadership roles, including Regional HR Director and Director of Talent Acquisition for Malaysia and Vietnam. Balan's expertise encompasses HR consulting, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management, supported by an educational background with a Bachelor's Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
