Basker Maniam

Basker Maniam is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment operations across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director of APAC Talent Acquisition at Dexcom, Basker leads the talent acquisition efforts for a new factory site in Penang while being part of the global TA leadership team. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment Operations and Recruitment Director for DXC Technology, Recruitment Lead for GSK, and senior management positions at Randstad and Ambition Asia, where Basker managed regional teams and drove operational excellence in recruitment. Basker's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
