Brett Casey

Brett Casey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development program management, particularly in the medical device and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D Program Management at Dexcom, Brett oversees a 20-person team focused on new product development and portfolio management. Previous roles include Director of Program Management at Hologic, where leadership was provided for the development of high-revenue molecular in vitro diagnostic products, and Vice President of Operations at Emerge Diagnostics, a medical device startup. With further experience as General Manager at Ameditech, Director of R&D at Alere, and Engineering Manager at Intel Corp, Brett has a strong background in engineering and product commercialization, complemented by advanced degrees in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, respectively.
