Brian Bishop-Wilkey, Ph.D., MBA, is an experienced strategic research leader with a solid foundation in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across various industries, including tech, insurance, and CPG. In the past, Brian has held leadership positions, such as Manager of Design/User Research at Central Insurance and Executive Director at the Council for the Promotion of American Graduate Education, where they developed impactful research programs and strategies. Currently, Brian serves as Lead User Researcher at Dexcom, where they lead user research initiatives on global clinical products. Brian's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Otterbein University.
