Bruce Taylor

Bruce Taylor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bruce Taylor Consulting, providing insights and strategy development for government affairs, policy, and advocacy since October 2024. Previously, Taylor held various leadership roles at Dexcom from June 2017, including Director of Government Affairs and Market Access, where significant contributions were made to improve Medicare patient access and Medicaid coverage for Continuous Glucose Monitor technology. Taylor also directed healthcare strategy and external affairs at Roche Diagnostics from March 2002 to June 2017, focusing on policy shaping to enhance diabetes management access, and led business-to-business marketing initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at CVS Pharmacy that involved strategic healthcare marketing and customer segmentation. Taylor holds a BS in Biology-Anatomy and Physiology from Baldwin Wallace University, completed between 1975 and 1978.
