Chris Cuddy

Chris Cuddy is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and engineering with extensive experience primarily in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Director of R&D Quality Assurance at Dexcom since March 2021, previous roles at Boston Scientific from 2004 to 2021 include Senior Divisional Quality Assurance Manager, where leadership involved supporting quality activities for the prostate health franchise, and various managerial positions focused on quality integration and production transfer for multiple acquisitions. Cuddy also has experience in developing centers of excellence for laser technology, managing quality systems at manufacturing sites, and overseeing supplier management and development. In earlier roles, experience spanned R&D draftsman work for orthopedic implants at Acumed, R&D materials development at MicroVention-Terumo, and serving as an Electrical Equipment Engineer in the United States Marine Corps. Cuddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.
