Dave Bartels

Dave Bartels is a Global Engineering Leader with over 15 years of experience in R&D and Operations Engineering, specializing in medical devices and consumer products. At Dexcom, they currently serve as the Director of Global Engineering for Molded Components, overseeing the Molding Engineering team and ensuring product quality and performance at global manufacturing partners. Previously, they held the position of Director of Supplier Development Engineering at Dexcom, where they directed efforts to enhance manufacturing processes and quality. Their earlier experience includes leadership roles at Callaway Golf, where they significantly contributed to new product development and market growth, and D&K Engineering, where they established the Quality Assurance function. Bartels is pursuing an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology at MIT and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
