Gena Guignon

Gena Guignon is an experienced professional in sales training and development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Sales Leader Training Programs at Dexcom since March 2024. Gena has held multiple roles at LifeScan, Johnson and Johnson from December 2014, including Senior Manager of Sales Learning and Development for the Americas, where responsibilities involved the design and execution of new hire learning programs focused on clinical and sales expertise. Previous experience includes positions as a Medical Device Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson, Sales Development Lead at LifeScan, and Specialty Biologics Sales Specialist at Pfizer, among others. Gena began a career in education as a Professional Development Specialist and middle school teacher, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Indiana State University, graduating Cum Laude.
