Grace Casille possesses extensive experience in customer service and accounts receivable roles spanning over a decade. Beginning a career at Alorica as a Customer Service Associate, Grace managed inquiries related to membership plans, coverage, and billing. Following this, a significant tenure at Convey Health Solutions as a Grievance Analyst involved processing grievances, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines. Grace has also worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist at PSG Global Solutions, where recruitment strategies were developed, and candidate qualifications were assessed.
