Jayne Selby

Jayne Selby is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Director and EMEA Compliance Lead at Dexcom since July 2020. Previously, Jayne worked as Regional Compliance Officer for EU at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included conducting risk analysis and ensuring the implementation of global anti-bribery and compliance controls. Jayne also held the position of Senior Global Compliance Auditor at Smith & Nephew from 2013 to 2019, providing support for the Global Compliance Audit program across over 70 countries. Earlier experience includes auditing roles at The Learning and Skills Council and as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Jayne holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Humberside.
