Jesse Bushman

Jesse Bushman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of US Policy at Dexcom since June 2020, Jesse has successfully led initiatives to enhance coverage criteria for continuous glucose monitors, significantly increasing the eligible population. Prior roles include Senior Director of Health Policy at JDRF International, where Jesse focused on insurance coverage for Type 1 diabetes patients, and Director of Advocacy and Government Affairs at the American College of Nurse-Midwives, engaging with key congressional stakeholders. Jesse's career also includes significant contributions at Genentech, America's Health Insurance Plans, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, emphasizing health policy implications and engagement with federal agencies. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and has pursued advanced studies in American History and American Studies.
