Jessica Shields

Jessica Shields is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global business services and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Services at Dexcom since November 2018, Jessica's previous roles include Senior Director of International Business Operations at the same company and Site Lead of Panalpina Global Business Services in Manila from January 2016 to November 2018. Prior to that, Jessica held various positions at Maersk Line from January 2012 to January 2016, including General Manager of Business Change Authority - Finance, and Global Process Lead & General Manager of Credit & Collections. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Operations Manager at Credit Corp Group, where Jessica oversaw the establishment of the company's first offshore call center. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics from The University of Queensland and an Advanced Diploma of Business in Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
