Joy Boydon, RN, CHRP, is a results-driven HR Business Partner and people leader with over 10 years of experience in operations, team building, and employee engagement. They held roles at Optum as a Senior Service Account Manager from 2013 to 2019 and currently work at Dexcom as an HR Business Partner. Joy has also served as a Team Lead at Edubox and Cyber English Class Tutorial Services. Currently pursuing an MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help.
