Karen Mitchell, Ed.D., currently serves as an Internal Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness at Dexcom, where focus areas include change management, culture shaping, and organization design. With extensive teaching experience as a part-time faculty member for the MBA and MS in Strategic Leadership programs at Elizabethtown College, Karen has developed new courses and received recognition for excellence in professional facilitation. Previous roles include Consultant for Leadership & Organizational Development at Designed Leadership and Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness at Cornerstone Insurance & Consulting Group, where strategic, customized solutions were consistently delivered. Additional experience encompasses HR leadership positions at Ahold Delhaize, Union Station Kansas City, and Conservation International. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor's in English and Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
