Lean Na Lim, CPA, CSM, is an internal audit professional with a strong background in ESG and SOX auditing and a passion for data analytics. They currently serve as the Manager of Internal Audit at Dexcom, where they pioneer the establishment of the internal audit function for a new manufacturing plant. Lean has held significant roles in various organizations, including Dell Technologies and Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., where they developed and implemented internal controls and led audit teams to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. With a foundation in accounting and finance, Lean has earned multiple qualifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
