Melissa Picard, MBA, is a Senior Process Engineer at Dexcom, bringing over 16 years of experience in process engineering. Previously, Melissa served as a Chemist at the Arizona Department of Health Services and held various roles at NXP Semiconductors, where significant contributions included redesigning processes and mentoring Six Sigma Green Belts. Melissa earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. Currently, Melissa is pursuing further education at Our Lady of the Lake University.
