Michele Davies

Michele Davies is an accomplished leader in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Head of Global Integrated Evidence Planning at Dexcom since November 2023. With extensive experience at UnitedHealthcare from August 2013 to November 2023, Michele held several key executive roles including Vice President of Value-Based Care Strategy and Operations, Vice President of Accountable Care for the Central Region, and Senior Director of Clinical Programs, where significant contributions were made to population health and innovative clinical initiatives. Prior experience includes directing clinical research and evidence development at St. Jude Medical. Michele holds an MBA in Health Care Policy and Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University, along with executive education from Columbia Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
