Mike Moore

Mike Moore is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in research and development, technical alliance management, and business transformation. Currently serving as Executive Director at Dexcom, Inc. since October 2015, Mike focuses on empowering individuals to manage their health. Prior to this role, Mike was a Senior Consultant at Management Action Programs from 2005 to 2015, where leadership coaching and performance improvement systems were central responsibilities, alongside serving as Southern California Team Leader and board member. Earlier career highlights include serving as President and CEO of EDB Telesciences, where operational reorganization and a shift to a software sales model were successfully executed, and holding various senior roles at Innovative Data Technology, enhancing telecom billing systems and securing major international contracts. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, graduating Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
