Nicole McBean is an accomplished professional in quality operations, currently serving as the Director of Quality Operations at Dexcom since July 2025, overseeing quality management for the San Diego site. Prior to this role, Nicole held various leadership positions at Abbott from September 2006 to May 2025, including Director of Quality Assurance, where responsibilities encompassed leading Supplier Quality and Distribution Center teams, as well as spearheading the Vascular New Product Development Quality team. Nicole's extensive experience also includes successful management of the Vascular EU MDR compliance initiative, as well as overseeing multiple key product development programs and launches. Nicole holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
