Nicole McBean

Nicole McBean currently serves as the Director of Quality Operations at Dexcom, overseeing quality initiatives at the San Diego site since July 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Quality Assurance at Abbott from February 2019 to May 2025, where Nicole led the Supplier Quality and Distribution Center teams and directed the New Product Development Quality team for Vascular. Additionally, Nicole managed the Vascular EU MDR compliance and certification process as Program Manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from the University of California, Riverside, with a focus on biochemical engineering and involvement in several professional societies.
