Peter Hedlund

Peter Hedlund is an experienced professional in software applications engineering and neuroscientific research. Since February 2014, Peter has held various roles at Dexcom, currently serving as Senior Manager, overseeing the development of mobile applications for Continuous Glucose Monitoring technology. Prior to this, Peter contributed to mobile application development in various engineering positions at Dexcom. From July 1997 to September 2013, Peter was affiliated with The Scripps Research Institute as an Assistant Professor, focusing on the 5-HT7 receptor's role in mood regulation and learning mechanisms. Earlier career experiences include a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Karolinska Institutet, where Peter designed data analysis programs for pharmacological studies. Peter holds an MD and a PhD in Neuroscience, both from Karolinska Institutet.
