Rick Dorgan

Rick Dorgan is a Senior Staff Program Manager currently at Dexcom, where they manage a team of cross-functional designers focused on creating seamless experiences. Previously, Rick worked at IBM as a Design Program Manager to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and was recognized with several awards, including the Eminence and Excellence Award. Earlier in their career, they held positions at GE Capital, where they earned 20 Above and Beyond Awards, and Dorgan Creative, which they owned and operated for 13 years. Rick earned a BFA in Graphic Design from Plymouth State University.
