Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Dexcom since 2020, Rob previously held roles including Lead Instructional Designer at Amtrak and Project Manager/Sr. Instructional Systems Designer at General Dynamics Information Technology. Rob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s Degree in Training, Development, and Performance Improvement from Northern Michigan University.
