Ryan Lindeman

Ryan Lindeman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process and manufacturing engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering and Director of Manufacturing at Dexcom, Ryan manages the Global Systems and Standards team, focusing on operational intelligence and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Boston Scientific, where Ryan led multiple teams and established a Project Management Office, and Quality Operations Associate Director at Zimmer Biomet, overseeing validation and process monitoring for a significant workforce. Additional experience includes management positions at GENTEX, Arlon MED, and Woodbridge Foam Corporation, alongside military service as an Aircraft Loadmaster in the United States Air Force. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University and has completed additional specialized training in additive manufacturing design.
