Steven Dawson

Steven Dawson, CEP, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in equity compensation and client management. Currently serving as the Stock Administration Manager at Dexcom since September 2021, Steven oversees the company's equity compensation benefits. Prior to this role, Steven worked at E*TRADE Financial Corporation for eight years as a Large Market Senior Service Manager, assisting Stock Plan Administrators with equity compensation programs. Steven's career also includes experience at Goldman Sachs in Asset Management Operations from 2000 to 2013, and at Fidelity Investments as an Active Trader, where customer service skills were honed while providing assistance to high-risk and high net worth clients. Steven began the career at American Express as a Credit/Fraud Analyst. Academically, Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Finance from Weber State University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
