Tim S.

Tim S. is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnering within large organizations. At Dexcom, from November 2020 to March 2023, Tim S. served as the Director of Finance, leading FP&A and Commercial Finance across EMEA, significantly contributing to revenue growth and geographic expansion in over 40 countries. Prior to this, Tim S. held various senior finance roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis, where a new FP&A team was established to manage an £800M cost base. Other key roles included Corporate Finance Manager at CV Capital LLP and Audit Senior at BDO UK LLP, showcasing a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
