Tina Mirchi

Tina Mirchi has extensive experience in human factors engineering, beginning with a research internship at the Center for Human Factors in Advanced Aeronautics Technologies in June 2012. Subsequently, Tina held various positions at Dexcom from 2019 to the present, including Senior Human Factors Engineer and currently serving as Sr. Manager Human Factors since September 2023. Additionally, Tina worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Pacific Science & Engineering and held roles such as Human Factors Research Intern at Cedars-Sinai, and a Human Factors Consultant at Intex. Tina's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Factors and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from California State University-Long Beach. Furthermore, Tina contributed to academia as a lecturer at California State University-Long Beach from August 2016 to May 2018.
