Travis Dickerson

Travis Dickerson, PMP, is an experienced PMO leader in the R&D business unit, specializing in process improvement, change management, and organizational alignment, particularly within the biotech and medical device industry. They served as a Naval Officer from 2011 to 2017, where they took on multiple leadership roles, including Training Liaison Officer and Damage Control Assistant. In their current position as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Dexcom, they lead high-level project management operations and have successfully enhanced project delivery rates and integrated processes following a major acquisition at NuVasive. Travis earned a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy.
