David Baker

David Baker, PMP, is a seasoned construction engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Construction Engineer III at Dexian since January 2023, David manages groundwork for 1500 sites to enhance construction efficiency, achieving a 15% acceleration in the deployment of 4G and 5G networks. Prior to this role, David worked as a project manager at TeleWorld Solutions, overseeing the 4G/5G SNAP Macro program and site builds. David’s tenure at Ericsson spanned over a decade, during which multiple positions were held, including Project Manager III and Technology Solutions Manager, where significant revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives were achieved. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wichita State University.
