Matt Smith has over 17 years of experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Matt is currently working as the Managing Director for R4R (Recruiting for Recruiters) at DISYS, where they lead a team of consultants to find and recruit top talent for various companies. Before joining DISYS, they worked at Capital One as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators across all levels and disciplines. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Executive Recruiter at The LaSalle Network, specializing in accounting and finance, technology, and executive search. Matt also has experience as an On-Site Recruiter and Researcher at The LaSalle Network and as a Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services.

Matt Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, from the years 1997 to 2002.
