Molly Masters

Molly Masters is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in managing and developing global communication strategies. Notably, as Communications Manager at Dexian, Molly built an inclusive internal communications framework for over 12,000 employees worldwide and was later promoted to Head of Communications, overseeing a team and advising the executive suite. Previous roles include Communications and PR Manager at SPECTRAFORCE, where Molly led a cross-functional team and managed a significant budget, and Corporate Communications Specialist at Stone Coast Fund Services, where department development and remote communication strategies were key achievements. In addition to professional roles, Molly has served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Maine and operated a writing consultancy, Behind Your Pen.
