Saloni Gupta is a Technical Recruiter at Dexian since May 2023, responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, which includes understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting technical interviews, and negotiating offers while maintaining client relationships. Prior to this role, Saloni worked in finance and sales at Ageas Federal Life Insurance for a brief period in 2022, gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry. Saloni holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance Pune, completed in March 2023, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, earned in June 2021.
